What is SiteToConvert?
SiteToConvert is a Shopify-focused web design studio that creates custom, conversion-optimized online stores. We build branded, mobile-ready websites designed to help you launch fast and start making money online.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Yes. All of our packages (Plans 1–5) are built exclusively on Shopify, the best platform for eCommerce scalability, speed, and ease of use.
For complex builds on other platforms, check out our Custom Quote option.

🛠️ SETUP & TECH
Do I need a Shopify account to get started?
Not until transfer.
We build your site on a Shopify development store (free under the Shopify Partners platform). You’ll only need to create your Shopify account and choose a paid plan once we transfer the store to you and you’re ready to go live. No fees until then.
Do I need to provide my product content?
Yes. You’ll complete our Project Intake Form, where you’ll upload your logo, product info, photos, and brand preferences. If you need help writing product descriptions or creating visuals, we offer add-on services for that.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. Every store we build is fully responsive and optimized for mobile shopping — because that’s where most sales happen.
Is hosting included?
Shopify handles all hosting and security. Your monthly Shopify plan covers this once your store is transferred and launched.
🚀 PROCESS & DELIVERY
How long does it take to build my store?
It depends on the plan:
- Launch Page: 3–5 business days
- Essentials/Growth Store: 7–14 business days

Premium/Custom: 2–3 weeks
Exact timelines depend on how quickly you submit your content.
What’s the process like?
- Choose your package
- Submit your intake form
- We build your Shopify store
- You review & request revisions (if included)
- We transfer your site once approved
- You go live and start selling!
Can I make edits to the site myself later?
Yes! You’ll receive a video walkthrough showing you how to manage products, make updates, and navigate your Shopify dashboard.
Do you include revisions?
Most packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond that are available for an hourly fee or via a support add-on.

💳 PAYMENT & POLICIES
How do I pay?
We accept secure payment through our Shopify checkout. You can pay in full or split your payment depending on the package.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we work closely with each client and provide revision opportunities to ensure your satisfaction.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! We offer monthly maintenance, content updates, and performance tracking through our Support Add-On Plans. You can also book updates as needed.
